Treat Your Chaturanga

For students who feel even a little unsure of how they’re supposed to "take a vinyasa" in class. Stability and strength in chaturanga and upward facing dog is the key to unlocking your vinyasa practice, and sets a foundation for happy shoulders and wrists.

Learn the basics of backbending—or what I prefer to call, front body opening! This is for yogis who avoid backbends because of pain, but are ready to get a better understanding of backbends that will leave them loving them, and (more importantly), pain free.
